Resort experience in the heart of Hurghada

Great roomwith an awesome view, and really good beach access! Lots of activities and the hotel is well suited for children. I.e the facilities and activities were not an afterthought. Great coffee in the Poseidon cafe, and the food at breakfast was good but could be better. Other restaurants on site (especially Turkuaz) are top notch quality. Overall a really nice experience at a beautiful hotel.

At times the hotel was very busy- and as a result simply appeared understaffed! At every point the staff were always run off their feet, so have no time to show initiative and we needed to make the same requests over and over again. Small things were missed, and there is no attention to detail, (eg forgetting a portion of the order in room service or providing us with 2 towels where we are 3). One receptionist was an absolute pain, but another was wonderful! The sheets were terribly rough- and needed to be changed. Overall, this is unlike the Hilton brand where consistency and quality are usually the standard. Most importantly, staff can make or break the experience and the good ones saved the day!

Very Good

The room was very nice and clean, with a view, and decorated for my birthday. It was a great suprise to see we were close to an exit to quickly reach the private beach which felt very relaxing, as well as the pools. The breakfast was good with a large choice that you can even order to take away if you have to wake up early and go out. The room service was very good with generous portions, as well as the dinner. The spa is very calm and clean too and felt like a haven of peace. We can see that customer service is on top of their priorities.

The security staff could seem a bit rude asking us where we were going to when they saw us going out some days, without telling us why such a question. We sometimes felt watched.

We moved from a hotel from hell to this lovely hotel. The staff could not do enough for you. They were very attentive but without being intrusive. There's lots to do either lazing by the pool or by the sea. The Animation crew were very good attempting to get everyone involved.

The food was ok but a bit samey, would have been nice to maybe have different nationalities theme nights. I would also like to give a recommendation I am one for giving good service a tip, I think it would be beneficial to have a tip jar for all the personnel who don't usually get the tips such as the cleaners in the kitchen and dining area, the Chefs and also the Lifeguards who do an outstanding job.

Definitely would love to visit again!

We liked the food in the restaurant , the kids aquapark , and the animation team shows.

Some of the waiters of the restaurants are not keen on serving local (Egyptian) guests. In fact some of them ignored helping us completely.

Great place to stay and spend the day! Maybe try some places around the area for dinner

Food is super average for the price tag. Alcohol included is only local spirits and beers. Really rough alcohol. Activities were awesome daily sports and entertainment were great! Eslam from entertainment was super fun, energetic and engaging. kyrolos and Mustafa from the bar made awesome drink especially iced coffee. And Hagar from service at lunch was super nice. Room is pretty nice as well! Excellent shower and toilet!!!! (That’s important)

If you want all inclusive, this ain’t it. But the staff and food and rooms are quite nice and makes for a relaxing stay

Staff are kind and friendly, the food variety was plentiful and there was so much of each kind you would never run out even though the hotel seemed full. Plenty of space by the pool or the beach. We got upgraded for free on our stay to an ocean view room which was nice. The waiters were very kind, one lady even asked if we needed anything and if we wanted any drinks while we ate our dinner, I think her name was Hagar, she had long hair and a big smile, very friendly. The entertainment crew were also very nice and friendly, always smiling and chatting.

The ‘all inclusive’ aspect is not actually true. There are 3 restaurants that’s not included and the only alcohol included is local alcohol which means beer or a choice of 7 basic cocktails off their menu. Bartenders can’t make anything creative otherwise it’s paid for. Overall if you want an all inclusive stay for this price, there are other places I have stayed in that are better value for money and include multiple restaurants and different drinks etc Another note - when you’re trying to relax by the pool or beach there’s always so many annoying workers trying to sell you a massage or snorkel cruise or spa etc. you get bothered quite often throughout the day by these people which is way overpriced than if you book these same tours online than through the hotel.

Overall very enjoyable

The staff are very nice, welcoming, prompt, and helpful, the view, the location, the facilities,the swimming pools and the kids areas, the private beach, dine in your room, the restaurants and the open buffet. It was very well organized, and the variety of food and drinks was all fresh and delicious. guests services availability on app or on the tv or through the phone, our driver was alittle late so we asked to check out late and we were offered 1 hour free of charge.

The hallways and the elevators are not air-conditioned except for the lobby floor, I had to book 2 rooms for a family of 5 and we had to go back and forth from one floor to the other, whereas one room should've been enough for us so double charge. Our second room was not ready at the time of check in, we waited for about half an hour to check in, and we were not offered towel cards when we checked in, learned from the pool guy to get these cards from the reception.

The facilities were good. The staff was friendly, but not quite straightforward. The chefs at the resturants were very friendly, especially the desserts' chef, thank you!

The Air Conditioner was not working in my room, they sent someone to fix it, but it was never fixed. I spent the first day trying to resolve the AC's issue and they claimed they have no more rooms available. Only offered a new room after I packed my luggage to check out. They ruined the first day for me and my kids, but everything else went well.

Hotel decent in Hurghada

Facilities are very good, and clean and nice room, but breakfast average, and for those who don’t have the all inclusive, restaurants are expensive. However we really appreciated the service at the Asian restaurant.
